Alamnagar CHC uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our portal services.
• To verify your identity via secure One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent to your linked mobile number.
• To allow you to securely view, print, and save documents and upload your reports.
• To provide support and maintain user communication.

3. Data Protection and Security

The security of your data is extremely important to us. All medical records, user accounts, and personal profiles are stored securely in a PostgreSQL database using modern encryption standards. We enforce strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure that your records are accessible only by you and authorized healthcare providers.

However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data.

4. Sharing of Data

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data or medical records with outside parties. Your information is strictly utilized within the Alamnagar CHC system to facilitate your medical consultations and treatment.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

6. Data Deletion and Retention

We provide a way for users to request that their account and associated personal data be deleted. If you wish to delete your account or any personal information collected by the Alamnagar CHC app, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to info.ashiana.online@gmail.com with the subject line "Request for Data Deletion".
• Include your registered mobile phone number or username in the email body.

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and delete your account and all associated personal data from our active databases within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information by law for medical or financial record-keeping purposes.
